Software pricing in this category has a ritual: a low sticker price, three tiers with a “most popular” badge, and fences on users, integrations and order volume, so the plan you saw on the website is never the plan you end up on. We would rather publish the whole thing. Below are our prices, what moves them, and the all-in figures a multichannel distributor should actually budget — the numbers most vendors save for the third call.
Three plans, billed annually

The integrations package: +$610 a month, flat on every plan
One package, one price, every plan: all your sales channels — Amazon, Walmart, TikTok Shop, Whatnot, BigCommerce, Shopify — plus EDI with up to three trading partners (additional partners priced per partner, because that is how EDI networks charge us too). No per-integration meter, no surprise line items as you add a channel. If you sell on one channel and QuickBooks, you don’t need it; the base plan already covers you.

| Plan | $990 | $1,600 | — |
| Optimize | $1,400 | $2,010 | $2,490 |
Billing: the prices above are per month on annual billing. Month-to-month is available at 25% more — the same thing as saying annual billing saves you 20%. On top of the subscription there is a one-time implementation fee, quoted after we scope your catalog, integrations and workflows: it covers our team doing the data migration, connecting and testing every integration with your own orders, and onboarding your people in person. Most go-lives take one to two months.
Compare it like-for-like, not sticker-to-sticker
You will see lower numbers elsewhere, and if you run one channel with a couple of users, some of them are genuinely the better deal — chapter one of our playbook says the same about spreadsheets. But price the plan you would actually need. Cin7 Core starts at $349, and its Advanced plan — the one with enough users, integrations and order volume for a multichannel distributor — lists at $1,199 before add-ons like its GMV-priced forecasting. Fishbowl starts at $229 for two users; forecasting arrives as an add-on or on the $729 Scale plan, extra channels are $50 each, and implementation is mandatory on top. At ICP size, the honest comparison lands within a few dollars of our $1,300–$2,010 — the difference is that we printed the whole number on this page.
How to get started
Bring your workflow
A short call about how orders arrive, how you buy today and which systems hold your data. You will leave knowing your plan and your all-in number.
Send your data
Twelve months of sales and your current stock. We will show you which SKUs are overstocked and which are about to run out — useful whether or not you buy.
Get the scoped proposal
Your plan, package and implementation in one document, with each part marked standard, configured or custom, so you can compare it line by line against any other vendor.
Ask us the uncomfortable questions too: what is not included, what would be custom work, and what we think should stay in the systems you already run.
