Integrations for distributor inventory and purchasing

One place to run inventory, orders and purchasing across Amazon, Walmart, TikTok Shop, Whatnot, BigCommerce, Shopify and QuickBooks Online.

Convexity connects Amazon, Walmart, TikTok Shop, Whatnot, BigCommerce, Shopify and QuickBooks Online so your team runs stock, orders and purchasing from one place.

The point of connecting all these systems is that your team works in one place. Today a distributor selling on four channels updates stock in four admin panels, copies orders into a spreadsheet, and keeps invoices in yet another system. Every copy is a chance to oversell, under-order or bill the wrong amount. Convexity reads from each system, keeps one stock record and one order list, and writes the result back, so nobody has to repeat the same change in several places.

One record instead of one per channel

Every sales channel draws from the same stock pool. Say you hold 40 units of a SKU and sell 3 on Amazon: Convexity counts 37 available and that is the number Shopify, Walmart and your wholesale team see. Orders from every channel land in one list, so purchasing plans from total demand rather than from whichever store someone checked last.

Two-way: we read and we write back

A one-way import only gives you another report. Convexity reads products, orders and stock from each connected system and also writes changes back to it. On Amazon and Shopify, stock levels and prices set in Convexity are pushed back to the channel, so you change a number once instead of logging into each store.

You stay in control of what changes. Before go-live we agree, system by system, what Convexity is allowed to update. Each write-back can be switched on or off per system, and incoming changes can wait for a person on your team to review them before they update your records.
