When you register for an account, purchase a subscription, or contact us, you may provide personal information such as your name, business email address, company name, billing information, and any other information you choose to submit.

Job Applications

If you apply for a role through our careers page, we collect the information you submit, including your name, contact details, location, current occupation, profile and work-sample links, application responses, and résumé. Cloudflare processes each submission for delivery to a Convexity email inbox. We do not store applications in the Convexity product database or use applicant information for product training.

We use applicant information to evaluate candidates, communicate about opportunities, protect the application form from abuse, maintain appropriate recruiting records, and comply with legal obligations. We retain it only for as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes. You may request access, correction, or deletion by contacting legal@theconvexity.com.

Customer Data

As part of using the Services, you and your team may upload, input, or otherwise submit business data, including purchase orders, inventory records, supplier information, and forecasts ("Customer Data"). You retain ownership of your Customer Data.

Usage Information

We automatically collect information about how you interact with the Services, including IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, features used, and timestamps.

Device Information

We may collect information about the device you use to access the Services, including device identifiers, hardware model, and operating system version.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Customer Data is retained for the duration of your subscription and for a reasonable period thereafter to allow for account reactivation or export.

This processing is used solely to deliver and improve the Services. We do not use Customer Data to train general-purpose AI models shared with other customers without your explicit consent. Automated outputs are not used to make legally significant decisions about individuals without human review.
