Inventory and purchasing software for apparel wholesalers: style-color-size stock, prepacks, wholesale and DTC orders on one stock pool, and reorders.
A buyer orders a style. Your warehouse ships colors and sizes. Most apparel stock problems sit in the gap between those two, and a style-level total hides them. Convexity keeps sales orders, stock and purchasing at the variant level, so you can see whether you can actually fill an order before you confirm it.
Example: four prepacks can mean 24 units, not four
Say one prepack holds one small, two medium and three large of the same style and color. An order for four packs needs 4 small, 8 medium and 12 large: 24 units. If you have 24 units of the style but only 6 large, you cannot ship it. A style total of 24 tells you nothing useful here.

Trace one wholesale order before choosing software
Match the variant
Map style, color, size and SKU from every order source to one item master. Fix duplicate or missing identifiers before you merge stock.
Convert packs to units
Keep the selling unit and the stock unit visible side by side. A mixed-size prepack needs its size breakdown, not just a multiplier.
Separate stock from future supply
Check what is already committed before you promise. A preorder, an inbound shipment to your warehouse and a factory-direct order each ship differently.
What Convexity handles
Sales orders with customer, ship-to, wholesale price lists and line quantities.
Item and stock records that keep variants and units distinct.
Draft purchase orders and inbound stock, with warehouse and factory-direct orders kept apart.
Forecasting and reorder suggestions for established SKUs, with new and seasonal styles handled explicitly.
What to check with us first
Bring your real size runs, prepack definitions, preorder allocation rules and sales channels. FashionGo, retailer EDI, automatic size substitution and production planning are not included by default; we scope them if you need them. We also walk through cancellations, partial receipts and split shipments using your own orders.
Bring one style with several sizes, a wholesale order and a supplier pack spec. We will trace the quantities with you and show what works today and what needs configuring.
